Hi. We are looking for a MH to put on our lot. They're all nice and in reading the threads it sure looks like it makes a difference what you get and who you go through! We live in Spokane and are comparing MH's here. Is there a specific company you recommend?? Do you know anything about Valley Quality Homes?

There are many good ones, Valley Quality Homes (VQH) included. They have a lot of features that are standard for them that other companies offer as upgrades.
We bought a triple-wide Marlette Desert Manor last year that we love and have a zillion complements on. We went with the upgrades on almost everything to make it the same specs as the VQH. We has a couple of reasons we chose the Marlette over the VQH. First, Marlette had the floorplan that we liked the best. Second, VQH only offered white interior paint at that time. I just couldn't do white and didn't want to paint a brand new home again.
Those were the two that we liked the best in Spokane. But there are other good manufacturers too.
