Anyone Heard of Redman "Roybal"?

Ooooh, I *hate* being stuck here in CA while the home we're thinking of buying is in NM! My partner has found the perfect home (she says) and the park owners (a font of information *sigh* not) have told me over the phone that the model is a "Redman Roybal". Now, the possibilities are *endless* as to the actual name, such as Redmond Rival, Rayball, Rebel, Red Bull (does that home give you wings? Oh, dear!) etc. and when I Googled "RTedman" and "Roybal" I got nothing useful.

I know there are Redmond homes and Redman homes. They both seem to be connected with Champion Homes. Are they the same? I doubt it... but I have no idea where to look. here are the stats on the home. See if it looks familiar.

It's in a park on the outskirts of Santa Fe New Mexico.
It's a Redman "Roybal" (?) built in 2000
It's 28 X 56 3 BR 2 BA
ID # 87507 (I do not know if this is an individual ID, a model #, or the park manager's mother's best friend's Zipcode!)

Anybody heard of such a beast?

Redman is wholly owned by Champion Homes...I think you might be reffering to the Redman Royal brand...I am almost sure that is a Redman lable..Unfortunately I am not at all familier with Redman in that area...

I think I would be making a trip to see the home...Or call a home inspector in the area and have it checked out..

Redman, yes I have heard of the brand name. Roybal is just a sir name. Could be the previous owner.

My father bought a Riverview By Redman Homes Inc. It is a 1986 and it is Manufactured by Dockettes. He wants to put a new roofe on and he wants to know the strenght of the roofe. the number is PFS 126930.
