financing a mobile home

any recommendations on financing a mobile home, built 1981, doublewide, when you only have 5% down, and some credit problems? I would love to have this home, but am concerned about financing.

any advice will be most appreciated!

Susan, is this home on a permanent foundation? Or is it in a park? This makes a huge difference on lending for the home. If it is on a permanent foundation our company may be able to help you out.
