My husband and I are planning to retire next year. We live in Arizona and have just discovered the modular home world. Certainly not like the old 'mobile homes' and 'trailer parks'. We live in the Phoenix area...where can we go to see these homes...and where are the parks with nice clubhouses where you can buy lots...not rent them. We need help...this is a new arena for us!!
