This will be my first home and I want it to be as good as I have always dreamed. I hope to purchase a home in Florida within the next year for retirement. I've done a lot of research and decided on the manufacturer "Homes Of Merit" because of the value for the money. I've also searched the internet for communities who offer land lease/home packages and the number of options are mind boggling.
With that in mind does anyone have any advise about buying a manufactured home in the Orlando area of Florida? I.e., dealers, parks, etc.
Thanks to all for any advise

Call the Woodlands at Church Lake, they sell Homes of Merit and Palm Harbor Homes and are located between Clermont and Leesburg.

Try Blue Marlin Homes in Fruitland Park right outside Leesburg, they have a great selection of new Fleetwood Homes and they have a salesman named David that is so helpful and knowledgeable.
