I am looking for a lender that will finance older mobile homes, with land and without.

FHA is an option for low down programs. Keep in mind you will need to have the foundation inspected by an approved FHA inspector. You can retrofit the foundation for $5-8K. Keep in mind this is for Post-1976 homes. The newer the better. FHA is the option for land/home deals, not for chattel loans

I am not aware of any good investor financing for manufactured homes. I hope that helps. - Chris
