1st time buyer MH in Orange County, CA

Dear all,

I sold my house then bought an old MH in a MH park in Santa Ana, CA.
I wanted to buy a new MH (around 1400 to 1600 sqft) to replace the old one.
I checked the Web, went to see some dealers in the last few days and I came up with some like those:

1. Golden West
2. Cavco
3. Fleetwood
4. SilverCrest
5. Champion

Can you please tell me which one should I buy and approximately how much does it cost? (I guess around $100K right?)

Do you have any good dealers in my area (Orange County, CA) so I can go to?

What else I should be aware of when dealing with the dealers?
