Need info on a "Pioneer" home.

My husband and I are currentyly looking to buy a double wide for our daughter and her husband and 3 small children. We are to go look at a "97 Pioneer" home, 4Bdr/3 bath and I can't seem to find any information on this brand of home. We have looked at a 95 Palm Harbor that need some repair (doesn't appear to be major structural damage) but the price is a little higher than we want. We are trying to keep their cost and ours minimal in case they decide to build or buy at a later date. Please help, the Pioneer seems to have all the space they need but I am not sure about the brand of home.

The most basic of all home ever built in GA...Pioneer was finally put out of business some months ago..

A used model could be a decent buy for the short term...if the price was low enough...If they will keep the home for a while..or if resale means a lot..the PH (or others like it) might be a better value..Remember the lowest price is not always the best value....You decide..
