Norris/Clayton modular cape?

Anybody familiar with the 2-story capes from Norris/Clayton? We have a fairly large family and need the space, so we thought a 3BR cape with an unfinished upstairs (that we can finish for BRs or one large "dorm" for the girls) would be helpful. And it has the appearance of a "real" house (their words) for some of our older kids who are chagrined at the prospect of giving up our farmhouse.

I can't find anything on the modular capes online. Any experience out there? Or any feedback on Norris/Clayton? I think Norris is a part of Clayton - where does it fall in the spectrum? We aren't well-to-do, and like all of you, we want the best value for the money. I'd like to be able to get standard (or even upgrade) for white woodwork, some decent finishing, etc.

I have not seen the Norris cape. I have Norris single wide (16 x 70) and have been very pleased with it.
You are right they are a form of Clayton - out of Bean Station, TN
All I have seen are very nice.

We are currently trying to find out information "Dutch" housing????????????/
