I've been trying to get info on mobile homes and loans but haven't gotten very far. First off, what brands are good and which ones to avoid? When I went to the dealers, of course they all said their's was the best, no suprise. As for credit, it flat out sucks. My Experian has improved to 645, was a lot worse. I have no outstanding debts for almost a year. However, I was unemployed for a year, been working now for about a month. From what I've seen in the threads, I won't qualify for a FHA. Is there any hope? Also, any rough idea what insurance would run on maybe a newer 16x80 in a park? I've also noticed a lot of MBs for sale by owner, but I can't find any financers. I was told of Calecos (sp?) , but they are out of business. Any suggestions?
