Advantage homes

Anyone have an Advantage home on here? Would like to know the quality of them. The floor plans are nice and it sounds like they are insulate to the hilt,but never know till you talk to someone that has one.

By Advantage, do you mean have you bought a home from Advantage? We have....a Silvercrest...but have yet to have it delivered. We're working with Advantage in San Marcos CA and LOVE....I mean LOVE them. We have the Advantage options and then have our own custom extras too.

You mentioned that you bought a Silvercrest Home from Advantage in San Marcos.
Can you tell me where it is going to be placed?
Are there any new parks in San Marcos?
We are over 55 and considering moving back to San Marcos after many years.
Any info you can give would be appreciated.
