financing for 1993 dblw w/ land

Looking and buying a 1993 dblw on permenent foundation with 2 acres. The Realty said it may be difficult to finance. Can anyone reccomend some place that does this in/around/for a place in Alabama? Thanks.

Go to the finance section of this web site...a 93 is handled just like a new home...there are scores of lenders..even the FHA will do never moved used if the home is set to their standards...

Another real estate "professional"..willing to take a commission...but knows nothing of what they are selling..
