Merit Homes

We are seriously considering the purchase of a new Merit Home, model
C1707, 1941 square feet. This would be our first mobile home. I have read
your post about construction and this conforms with your comments regarding floor joists and studs. Would appreciate any comments regarding Merit. Also,
when placing your order for a mobile do they usually have it on site when they say they will. I am on a tight schedule due to the sale of my current home and closing date.
