Patriot/So. Energy

Looking at either a Patriot/Pinnacle or So. Energy...any thoughts?

I liked both of these but Patriot seemed over priced to me for what they offered as far as extras. We really liked most of the So. Energy homes we looked at but they have another branch that came out called Southern Estates that have wonderful floorplans! I tried to find the floorplans online but after contacting So. Energy I was told that they were new, came out 2004 and they didn't have anything online yet but they could tell us the nearest dealer that had one in our area. We had already found one we liked but wanted to look at the other models they had but no one around us have them and haven't heard of them either. Patriot homes were nice and I really liked them too but they were to me like Palm Harbor...over priced for what you get. But, then again,....what do I know...lol...I'm just a house hunter too!!! )
