Ran Out of Time

If you read my previous posts, I finally found financing...going through FHA. FHA takes awhile to process, another two to three weeks. Owner of the property I was buying didn't want to wait any longer....he's moving today. He found another cash buyer so I lost the property. After two and a half years of looking....gone, zip. I'm furious at my first lender who backed off just as I was going to sign to close escrow. They stated they didn't know there were two owners to the property (land/home). Somebody goofed big time here. I think manufactured housing is wonderful but it is a beast to deal with.....especially the financing end. Heartbroken!
