need financing guidance

Hi
I need some financing advice on buying a mobile home in Los Angeles.
I have 25,000 to put down and a co-signer and I can't get anyone out here to finance it. I have 500.00 worth of credit disputes and I have been arguing w/them for months (Verizon mainly). Anyway, if anyone has any advice or reference to a decent finance co., please let me know. I don't want to pass up this opportunity.
