rolling home onto foundation

Hi,

We live in the pacific norhtwest and have been told to roll home onto a foundation
would be 3000.00 extra from one dealer. Other dealers and different manufacturers
have told anywhere from 500-1500. Why is there such a difference in the amount to do the same thing. Weare getting a triple wide??
