How are maintenance costs on MH in Florida as compared to site-built houses?

Maintenance costs of any home are about the same. The quality of constructoin and materials used will determine what kind of maintanience you need to do. The most anoying aspect to MH is a lot of manufacturers use non-standard items like doors, windows and some electric boxes. Most of the other items are found at any home center and there are dealers that carry MH specific products, since Florida has a lot of MH items should not be hard to find.
Feep the underside dry, a good coat of paint and a damage free roof and you can expect little trouble but no home is maintainence free and things break.
