I'm interested in purchasing a new skyline 4bed/2bath. How long will a typical skyline home last?

The answer under the service section is very good...Most lenders and appraisers assume the home will last from 50 to 60 years...Of course maintenance is the key,,

Thanks for your response. That is what I would like to hear. For comparison sake, would you know how long lenders , appraisers assume a stick build home will last?
