I am a senior citizen looking for an assumable loan on a 32x80, or Triple wide, mobile home. I have excellent credit, but my income per month may not qualify me for a large loan. I'm looking for something in the $600 per month range, and my son will be living with me and sharing all expenses. We are wanting something newer, in good condition, on an acre of land, in Tipton County, TN.

One thing you might not know...If your credit is excellent..over 700 FICO score...There is a mortgage called a no income verification loan available to you..This type of loan only verifies that you have a source of income...assumes you are very responsible and can figure out how to make the payments...The amount you earn is not relevent...Check with any good loan originator...or broker..
