Hello, I am looking for advice in a couple of areas. First, would be a refferal to an exceptional dealer and in the Los Angeles/San Diego CA area. Secondly, I would like recommedations of what to consider when buying. I currently own a home in Long Beach, but am planning to move out of the city. I am currently looking to purchase a large piece of land and build a home on the property, however the time line could take up to two years. Hence, I will need to live in a manufactured home during the construction phase. If anyone can shed any light on anything that experience has taught you or someone you know, please take a moment and share.
