Oak Creek homes

We have been looking at "The Whale" by Oak Creek. It appears to be a well built home, but we have never lived in a manufactured home before so we really don't know anything about this one or any of the other builders of this type home. I would appreciate any input on this as I haven't been able to find any comments about Oak Creek homes in this forum.
