Recommendation for a New MH

Randy,
I don't believe in re-inventing the wheel and since you have so much expertise in this business I'll just cut to the chase. I live in the Coastal Bend area of Texas, not far from Corpus Christi. I don't intend to stay here, but will probably relocate to the San Antonio area. I am at retirement age, and have lived in a site built home for over 25 years. I am currently giving it a facelift, but have done nothing exceptional with the house through the years, except basic maintenance. I believe I'll be able to make decent money on it when I sell, and I swore I'd never own any home again, and would rent the rest of my life. However I find myself considering an MH. Would you please make a recommendation as to a brand that I can look forward to living in for the next 25 years or so ? I live by myself, but have family and friends who are in and out of my home all the time. Double or triple? Pros or cons of each? Thanks for any help you can give.
