CASTLE HOMES

I'm looking at mfg. houses found a floor plan that I like but the mfg. is Castle out of Knox PA any one out there have any information on these homes, as to how well they are built any problems with them after they are set and are you satisfied with you're home. Any input would be helpfull. Thanks Doug

Unless I hit the lottery, And if I can ever get out of the MH I have, Castle looks to be a first class manufacturer. Too, I have had good words from a former MH inspector concerning Castle. Every single unit (at least 15) that I have looked at has been without visible 'poor quality' in the materials used and the workmanship. The standard sub flooring is osb, and there are a whale of other great qualities in the MHs. Nor can I find anyone saying anything bad concerning Castle in over 18 months of searching for information..

thanks for the information. I have been lookin at mf housing for about two yrs. finally found the floor plan I liked but never heard of the Castlehousing mfg. the price was more than what I thought for mfg housing. Thanls for you're input

I purchased a castle home 10 months ago. We have been in it for 7 months now.
Frist I would like to say it is a beauitful home and little problems.
The Mfg. has been great in fixing the few problems we had ( squaring up and leveing the front door and fixing a crack in the ceiling that happen in transit.They were quick and very helpful. We had a lot of up grades to the home like 3/4 Osb in the floor and the whole home wrapped in osb board. We got the home with a 7/12 roof with the up stairs attic. The Mfg put in extra wiring where we needed it and all of the phone and cable hook ups where we wanted.I would recommend this mfg to anyone.
