Solitare vs Clayton

We have looked at several manufacturers and have narrorwed our limited budget search down to Sloitare and Clayton in the Central TX area. These both seem to be very well built homes. We tend to think Solitare seems a little better built, but wanted to see if anyone out there had any dealings with these two homes and if those have been positive or negative.

Also, Sloitare automatically has 2x6 construction for the exterior walls. In that case is it necessary to upgrade the interior walls to 2x6 or will 2x4 serve the purpose just as well on the interior walls??
