I am moving to California and am planning on buying a manufactured home. Does anyone know anything about the new two story fleetwood homes? Any information would be great. Thanks, Nicci

I went into a 2-story model but I hated it - just from a purely aesthetic view, although it was very cute on the outside. The rooms seemed all chopped up - don't know about the costruction specs. It's amazing that they can build these things though.

We looked at two different two story Fleetwoods. They do look nice but for the price it is not worth it. The rooms are all small and the square footage is less than what you could get in a 32 by 80.

Everyone has different tastes so I would encourage you to look yourself. We have 2 small children so the stairs wasn't something I would want.

I thought I saw on the Silvercrest website about a year ago that they build 2 story homes. I believe they are considered a quality home.
