Guerdon

I am in Colorado and seriously considering a manufactured home. In all of my checking I have come across Guerdon and their homes seem to be top of the line. Is there any other manufacture better for appearance and quality ?
They also offer any home to be either HUD or UBC and one piece of land I am considering would only allow UBC.

Hello Jody,

Yes Guerdon is a good builder. Another builder to consider is Fuqua if they are in your area and also Wick Housing. Stick with the upper lines with Guerdon and you will be O.K.
