Schult Modular In North Carolina?

Can anyone offer some input on the quality of a Schult modular in North Carolina (model #2763 on-frame). I've found tons of information on Schult in other parts of the country, but nothing on North Carolina. What plant are they built at? What are some of the construction specs. When I ask the dealers, they basically tell me the construction is "beefed up" - since it's a modular. We love the home and the floorplan - I just want to make sure the quality is there.
