First of all, Randy I have both your books and have found them very helpful, thanks! I have been doing a lot of research, and have narrowed my choices to Fuqua, Palm Harbor (though their pressure tactics are a huge turnoff), and Homebuilders Northwest. I am looking for anyone who has bought a home from Homebuilders Northwest that can share experiences, good or bad. Thanks!

Re: Homebuilders Northwest owners
Hello Tammy,
It sound like you're looking at some quality builders. I sold Homebuilders for a while and they were basic at that time. But Homebuilders has imporved their look and up-graded some of their construction techniques. Homebuilder NW will probably be the least expensive compared to Fuqua and Palm Harbor. I would have no problem buying a Homebuilder but I would up-grade the home with residential features and some structural features. Follow my construction guide in my book and you'll be fine.
