Randy, I am new to this forum so I don't know if this is the best way to get an e-mail to you. So I'll apologize before hand if I'm posting in the wrong area these questions. I have read a lot of posts about your book and wondering whether it is appropriate for the modular home market as well. Can you tell me, is it? Also I see the acronym 'MH' used quite often on this forum and am assuming (well you know what that can do) that it is referring to manufactured homes as opposed to modular homes. Again, am I reading this correctly? Is there another forum that deals only with modular homes that you can point me to? I have done just enough research to see that manufactured homes are built to different standards than modular homes. That being said, I am seeking information and a concise guide (possibly your book) on the purchasing of a modular home. Thank you for your input, Gilbert

Hello Gilbert,

My books deal with manufactured homes. When you see the acronym MH it means mobile homes or manufactured homes. Manufactured homes can be placed on a basement but my personal opinion is...your better off going with a modular home. I am not aware of any modular home discussion boards but I am sure some exist. God Bless.
