A continuing horrid tale: A few months ago, Skyline sent Mr. Leff Moore of some MH Association in the state of West Va.; Mr. Moore was to do an inspection of my HH. . Mr. Moore told me that I would receive a copy of his findings. WELL; #1 He did not send me a copy, #2 his report was due a few months ago, #3 Skyline was contacted by me just the middle of last week and I was told then that they now had a copy of the report, #4 they said they would call me when they had read the report, #5 MY MISTAKE - I did not ask Skyline how long it would take them to read a report and so far, as usuall, they ( Skyline ) has not called me, #6 My wife called three times last thursday and friday, leaving messages each time for them ( Skyline ) to call her, How stupid of us to think that they would call us. Skyline Corporation in my experience has the worst customer service of ANY company I have ever dealt with. If you need information about my experience please contact me. e-mail [email protected]
