What should we know 1st?

Hi,
My husband and I are looking into the moduler homes. Do we have to find land on our own or does the company do that? Also do you have any recommendations for someone who is in this field in New Jersey we are in the Somerset County area. Any suggestions or information would be great!

It can go either way some retail centers will have properties available and others don't. It's a good idea to look on your own to be aware of any sales and of values.
