My husband and I are looking at MH in the western washington area. So far we have checked out Oakwood and Lamplighter. I would like to know if there is any set criteria for MH and new property set up? Any ideas on where I might find answers to my questions about laws or guidelines for my area?

Thanks up front.

Hello Samantha,

I live in Moses Lake WA. and in my book I talk about Valley Quality Homes. They are located in Yakima WA. and they probably build the best home in the state for the money. My second choice would be Palm Harbor or Silvercrest both are high-end homes. My third choice would be Marlette. You mentioned Oakwood, I am not a big fan of Oakwood and I would encourage you to set your sights on the companies mentioned above. If your interested in a Valley Home please contact me for more information. I live in a Valley and can help you choose the right sales center. Hope this helps.

I would suggest you check into homes produced by Homebuilders NW. Low production volume ensures high quaility standards are always maintained. As a small independent producer they can deliver a high quaility home for a price thats unmatched.

You can view floor plans and other information at cascadefactoryhomes.com.
