basic new home

I know little about modular homes and am looking for a basic ~1500sq ft, ranch, 3br,2ba unit to put on a lot at a lake for a "river cabin". Any recommendations and what can I expect to pay. The hause will be in upstate south carolina. Thanks for any help.
