bought a repo home but........problems

My wife and I bought a 99 four seasons home. It has been vacant for a year. The place looks great. Thats the good news. The bad news is that for 6 weeks now our home has been moved to a local park and was waiting on the local electric company to place electric there. That was taken care of yesterday. Now the carpet still needs to be streched, tha AC doesn't work, we still don't have keys! I have been told for 5 weeks now that we can move in on friday and every friday comes and goes and the place is not ready to move in. The park sales office I have been dealing with is lazy at best. Who in the world can I call to get them off there lazy behinds and get the place finished to move in. Any help is appreciated.

Imagine that, problems buying a repo. If you financed the home, complain to the finance company. And, of course, complain the company that you bought the house from.

Not sure why the MH Park is involved in your carpet, AC, and key problems. Maybe something has been left out of your question. These problems should be between the dealer you bought the repo from (unless it was an individual) and any repair people you hire to work on these problems. If the MH park is supplying the repair people to take care of this, then hire your own.
