Best manufacturer in Alabama

we are looking at Indies House/Signature homes made in Hackleburg AL. We have not purchased just yet, we are doing a walkout basement and have not finished getting all our bids in. We liked the fit and finish of the Signature home. But most important to us is they make a 32' x 90(86)' That is the size we are looking for. I have talked directly to the factory, and was told building our floorplan including cutting a hole for the staircase was no problem for them. One dealer we talked to though, would not sell us a home because he is not equipped to handle the basement setting. He would not sell any home he did not set. I understand his point, we are looking for another dealer now. We hope to tour the factory in the next week or two. Anybody have any experience with Indies/Signature Homes?
