Western/PA land packages?

We are about to relocate to the Pittsburgh area for a period of four years. If we are fortunate enough to acquire a loan for a land package with a double wide manufactured home, can we expect to recoup our investment in such a short time period?
I will be attending seminary in Ambridge, and most of the homes in the area are two and three story with narrow steep staircases. I cannot climb stairs easily and a ranch style single story is much more practical for me. Renting a home is difficult as we own a large dog and most people won't allow animals.
It may be difficult for us to get a loan as we haVe a bankruptcy from January 2000 (discharged) and are only just reestablishing our credit. Plus my husband will be changing jobs.
Any adVice for the western PA area, or lenders who would be willing to work with us? Please excuse the typos, for some reason my keyboard will not let me type the letter V in except in caps, neVer had that problem before.
