Can a mobile home frame break from unlevel damage?

I have a 1987 Ritzcraft 14x70 (without the hitch) that may have been leveled very badly. A lot of damage has showed up since then, including slanted floors, cracks in walls, and a new bay window starting to slide out of place. My original contractor (who put in the bay window and did NOT do the leveling) fears that the home frame could break from such damage. The park maintenance (who has led me wrong before, and is poo-poo-ing my fears and wouldn't even look under the home and won't do anything for weeks) is telling me that it is winter upheaval and is normal, don't worry, and it is impossible for a frame to break or be damaged beyond repair.
I don't know who to believe. IS it possible for a frame to be broken/damaged? I fear what has happened is that the home slipped off a block, but the park personnel tell me that is impossible.. yet they wouldn't look, partially because they would have to shovel snow and ice away from the skirting... but they also let it slip that they've been doing that already around the park for water leaks. I've been scammed already by the original company that did the bad leveling... don't want to be caught again.
Any advice? Levelers are REALLY hard to find.
