Refinane for a 1978 Marlette Manufactured Home

I am trying to complete a refinance for a borrower in DE. Her data plate is painted over. The borrower provided me with an IBTS report and this contains everything except the model name and number. I contacted Marlette homes and they told me they cannot provide this information to me as they've changed ownership 4 times. Do you have any other ideas of how I could obtain the model and name/number?
