Land restrictions in LA County, (CA)

Hello, I owned a manufactured home back in 2000 in a park. I want to buy land and put one on the land but I am not sure if it is allowed. The land that is for sale is in a residentional part of the city with homes all around. the property is 28,000 sq. I am going to contact the city but wanted to run it by you all to see if any one knew.

My guess is it will not be allowed BUT the only real answer will come from the county building office.Good Luck.
