Raised Kitchen floor

I have a 1981 MANCO (Manchester) mobile home. Model # MHreg. 048926/serial/A5124.
It has a raised kitchen floor and I am trying to check and see if there would be any problems in bringing it level to the other floor. ie. plumbing or wiring.
How can I find out without cutting into the vapour barrier under the house.?
