The Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS), is the Department of Housing and Urban Development's monitoring contractor under the Federal Manufactured Housing Program. IBTS is required to maintain all reported certification label applications, and has been the sole source of this data since 1976.

If you provide them the HUD Lable number or the serial number they can provide a verification letter by fax or email to verify the following information on your manufactured home:

Label Number

Serial Number

Date of Manufacture

Name of the Manufacturer and Plant Location

Location of First Destination (usually the retailer)

Get the details at the IBTS website

The IBITS info will be the most definitive you can get. I think you may be right with vin as PSH... Looks to stand for Peach State Housing . There was also Peachtree Housing also from GA. Peach State was a fairly basic home that was built in large volume in South GA ( Ocilla if I remember right). Peachtree was a very high quality custom builder in Moultrie, GA

WELL WOULDN'T YOU KNOW THE HUD TAG IS NOT THERE.

FOUND THE TITLE INFO AT FL DMV.

(1993 PEACHTREE MOTOR HOME / PEACE)

SOLD BY HALL'S MOBILE HOMES, INC. DEFUNIAK SPRING, FL.

MANUFACTURED BY SUNSTATE MANUFACTURED HOMES OF GEORGIA, INC.

FLORIDA MANUFACTURED HOMES 850-617-2808 WAS VERY HELPFUL.
GEORGIA INSURANCE OFFICE 404-656-3687 WAS DIFFICULT.

WITHOUT THE HUD TAG, MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FIND AND WILL TAKE 4-6 WEEKS IN ANY CASE.

DOES ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE A FLOOR PLAN OR MORE INFO ON THE MODEL?

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP,

MATT
