Repossessed Redman Southwood

Dear David Oxhandler,
I was doing a google search on a 2000 Redman Southwood and read a communication between you and an individual who was thinking about purchasing a '00 Redman back in 2010.
We do remarketing of repossessed equipment. Our client, a bank, has asked us to proceed with the repossession of a 2000 Redman Southwood. Quite honestly, I have remarketed thousands of pieces of equipment, trucks, machine tools, but a mobile home is a first.
The unit has been abandoned. We are about 300 miles away from the unit, so we cannot personally inspect.
Can you please give me some advice on what our first few steps should be?
I appreciate you taking the time to get back to me.
Kindly,
Marlene Tucholski
