My doublewide has developed a leak in the roof (shingle) that has water stains on the ceilings exactly opposide of each other. one in front and one in back of the house. Also inside where the trim covers the seam is starting to come loose and sag in a couple places at the ends. I can patch the roof and tack up the trim but are they a sign of a bigger problem?

Sounds like the sections have settled unevenly. Find a local licensed my installer and ask for a relevel eatimate
