We are looking for a mobile home donation for a co-worker whose family recently lost everything in a residential fire. We are hoping for a 2-3 bdrm, in good condition. We were hoping to help them find something before the holiday but any information or assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I failed to mention we're in Panama City, FL and the family needs to be relocated to Ponce de Leon, FL.

I have a question...I have a 3/2 single wide MH that I have lived in for over 6 years. I currently have a mortgage on it (less than 15,000.00) however, because of my disability, I will not be able to afford it much longer, and I would like to see if I could donate it to charity w/o risk of damaging my credit. There is VERY minimal things to fix, and real cute cozy place. Could you please assist me in how I can go about doing this? The home is located in Lewisville, TX inside a MH park.

Unless you pay off the balance of the mortgage you can't donate it or give it away. You can only sell it and the mortgage company will get paid off at the closing.
