Mobile Home Make problem

We are in the process of purchasing a used mobile home. The owners title says it is a 1985 and the title says that the make is a TOWER. I am trying to check the value of the mobile home on the internet and I am unable to locate anything on mobile homes with the make of TOWER. Could that be the model and not the make of the mobile home? If it is the model - then what is the make of the mobile home. The vin number is THPA1361 and it is a 1985. The mobile home is in the state of Pennsylvania. I really need the information as soon as possible due to the fact that to have it financed we have to know the value of the mobile home to know if we are going to have to put more money down on the mobile home. The finance company will only finance 80% of the value of the mobile home so we either have to put 20% or it has to be worth more than we are actually paying for it. We really don't have the extra to put down on it so we don't want to start the financing until we know this information. The home is in really good shape and has been very well maintained.
