Deer Valley

Hi! My husband and I are in the market to buy a manufactured home. We have seen many homes, but we were most impressed with Deer Valley. It seems perhaps they are of a little higher quality than some others we have looked at. Can anyone give us any advice as to what we should be asking about/for and does anyone know anything about Deer Valley? We would like to get a nice quality home and not end up with a lemon! Thank you!!
