Pedestal Sinks
We are considering replacing the vanities in my Mother in Laws MH with pedestal sinks. The water lines and sewage lines all come from the floor. Will we be able to do this, or will we need to re route the lines?I have seen a couplle of pictures where this has been done, but none look to have th elines coming from below. Any suggestions or experiences will be greatly appreciated. Thanks/

Re: Pedestal Sinks
To get the proper look, the plumbing needs to be in the wall, a big problem will be the venting, if the existing lavy's are vented with an ASD or AAV type vent instead of a conventional vent stack you will not get the look you want.
Also consider the attachment points at the wall, you will need to assure that there is a backer to secure the sink to the wall, and if the floor is particle board you will need to add a backer in the floor as well as anchor screws and particle board do not like each other.
