Will you help me track down the company related to this mobile home who could provide plans/layout of this model? We want to add on and need to know what walls can come down so we don't destroy our home. I've tried to find the Southridge company online but keep reaching a dead end. Thank you for any assistance you can give.

Southridge was a division of Patriot Homes. They are out of business.

Check with your insurance first. Also your county/city planning Most companies do not let you change the home until it is paid off. Then they have special rules about attaching anything. I know of a person who put two homes together and the insurance would not cover until they separated them again.
