I am trying to refinance my 1995 manufactured home, located in Indiana, but I am told that the title needs to be retired. We do not have the title and neither does our current mortgage holder. I have tried to apply for a new title at the DMV and have been told that there is no title to re-issue. How can I get a title so that I can have it retired>
